Street Lamp with no pollution

Light pollution doesn't only affect the night sky, but also the area around the street light.
Public lighting often shines into people's windows or into nearby nature, where it disturbs wildlife.

This design of a street lamp responds to this problem by implementing a modular system of adjustable shielding flaps.
These allow the light to be directed only where it is intended.

The design also offers an affordable answer to the light color temperature.

The lamp has 2 rows of different LEDs - cool and warm. The color is mixed by adjusting power to the 2 PCBs.
This means that in low-traffic periods, the light is warm, and it can switch to cooler light when necessary.

Corten connects the lamp to nature by symbolizing wood while it also fits the urban areas with an industrial look.
